      A few good people flexible working

      Poor benefits After funding in 2018 more and more people hired and fired as mgmt tries to guess what next.... highly political the long term employees don't like the new faces and new ideas leading to toxic culture marketing doesn't have contact with any customers the old marketing leader is now main strategy guy - god help us all.. less than 50 paying customer globally 2 deals closed in 12 months - GLOBALLY mgmt now looking to right size - non of us are safe..

      Some very talented people. Great office location and reasonably good perks.

      Cons

      The most frustrating part about working at EP is the focus on marketing fluff over actual product development. There's very little doing behind all the talk. New head of product is inexperienced and overconfident and generally in over his head. Aging/inefficient tech stack with little investment. Senior leadership more focused on sales than developing functional products. Company culture in a state of decline.
