      OK company if you do not need high pay or good benefits

      Pros

      Nice easy going staff. Work life balance. Not too much stress. Has 401K policy.

      Cons

      Below average pay. Poor health insurance with high copay and deductible. Poor vacation policy. Employee is forced to take PTO one day per month no matter you need it or not, so it caused no PTO is available when you need long vacation.

      Pros

      None Really nothing can be shared. You get there before 9am and leave after 6pm everyday.

      Cons

      Low paid; none organized work, no resources, everything rely on the support from HQ in Taiwan
