    Salary was decent location was great...

    Cons

    Manager had no training or experience and was a friend of a friend was very unprofessional so the department had no moral or training. No communication with upper management and they did not care about the department as long as work was being done.

    I worked at EmCare full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Consistent pay. No overhead. Somewhat flexible schedule. Schedulers are mostly available and do try to accommodate scheduling changes. Health insurance per individual is very cheap.

    Cons

    Worked harder than you expect to. None responsive administration. Disorganized logistics ie schedule, bonus etc. family insurance is very expensive

    The only pros are found with the Doctors you actually work with, no other pros with this company.

    Cons

    They represent everything wrong with healthcare today. IMO

    Stop buying and ruining groups, please.

    Great flexible schedule supervisor didn't micro manage.

    Manager/ Supervisor not on site enough to truly assess day to day activities

    Employee should have feedback in hiring coworker since supervisors never work on site would promote better teamwork environment

    Easy job , non thinking , doesnt require any extra training

    Cons

    No upward mobility. No job growth., not paid according to education.Not paid according to worth.

    Better communication that is positive to employees
