I worked at EmCare full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Decent pay and many opportunities to move to different departments and for advancement.

    Cons

As with any job, sometimes they expect miracles out of their employees. The deadlines for projects were unrealistic. Decisions were made by higher ups who had no clue what a task really entailed.

    Advice to Management

Listen more to the employees who are actually doing the work.

360 on Upper Management. Make it Anonymous, some of the things I have witnessed are not a good reflection on the company.
