Pros

One big perk is working remotely...in an effort to cut expenses the company has aggressively pushed many employees to work from home. This may not be ideal for everyone, but I found it a great way to manage the work-life balance.

Cons

Ongoing waves of cost-cutting in the form of layoffs. It started about a year ago and continues. I have seen many senior people with long tenures unceremoniously get shown the door. There is a significant institutional brain-drain going on and the executive leadership team is no longer company/industry veterans who understand the business and the marketplace.
