      Good people beginning to learn to work together Large scale and diverse businesses provide interesting opportunities to develop a career without leaving the company Ability to hard workers to make a difference and gain responsibility Competitive compensation for high achievers Chance to participate in the reemergence of a company

      Poor systems and support Human resources (although significant effort is going into improving this) Often need to move positions to significantly increase compensation Forced ranking

      Pros

      Good compensation structure, bonuses were higher that the industry average. Freedom to be entrepreneurial and do what I thought would work in my territory

      Cons

      Zonal management had a lot of turn over at the time, some not qualified to lead.
