The "point system" as far as missing days can be viewed as a pro or con. They will not ask questions as to why you can't come in or guilt trip you for it, but the policy is very strict and once you are out of points, you are out. This is not a con, BUT be on time, after 5-10 minutes (if i remember correctly) you are issued 1/4 point, anything over 10 minutes is a half a point, etc... that might not be the correct scale though. Cons... retail in general. Customers can be very angry and demanding, however the management does do a good job at handling these issues. You have the chance to have a flexible schedule, BUT.. weekends are pretty much required, including sundays. This is not a 9-5 job.
