Pros
Nothing really, I could say flexibility with you're schedule but that can and will be used against you if they are looking to get rid of you.
Cons
In eight years, I got shuffled around to three different positions within the company servicing Meijer stores, Walmart stores, Kroger Stores, Sam's Club Stores, and Costco Stores all at different times within my three different positions. I never once received a raise. I won almost every single contest on my teams and made my bosses and their bosses look extremely good! I helped train team members when our bosses couldn't seem to be bothered. I even stayed with the company through the covid pandemic, product shortages, and getting my hours cut just to be falsely accused of committing time clock fraud and fired! In actuality, Im opening my own business and my manager said I was doing too much and was stretched thin so out of what I assume was jealousy she accused me of falsifying my work... Managers do nothing, you are on your own from day one and once you get some years under your belt they will look for the first opportunity to fire you! Your job is sort of pointless therefore you are just an employee number to the higher ups! There is zero job security due to contracts being negotiated yearly and from my experience Acosta has an extremely bad reputation amongst other vender companies and within the grocery store realm. Get used to eye rolls upon entering a grocery store and stating that you're from Acosta! Just RUN AWAY its not worth it!
