Pros
Flexibility Opportunity to learn the grocery business and learn about the various products and manufactures A job is a job is a job. Gain some store knowledge and get out if you can find something else.
Cons
Alot of con's 1- Training is poor and that leads to failure 2- they watch over you like a mother watches over her child 3- milage is next to nothing considering gas is 3.59 a gallon 04 04 2011 and going up 4- what is with those Audits from Nestle...who can figure them out 5-There is a high turn over, when I started in spring of 2010 a few others lasted a couple of weeks then quit. What does that tell you.......If you do something wrong there quick to write you up instead of calling you or meeting in a store and going over it first.....Supermarkets often do not cooperate when it comes to cutting in new items. Those small hand helds with the text so tiny I otfen had to call in and get tech support, the HH froze up many many times......
