The company retreats, free food and team events are awesome, but even better than that is getting the opportunity to work for a company that sees their employees as people. It is a group of the brightest hardest working people I have ever met and I am constantly pushed to grow my skill set. There is a lot of opportunity for growth at Addepar because the company is growing so quickly.
