Cons
Young, first time CEO and while I believe the CEO is attempting his best.. his lack of experience and inability to figure out his internal politics shows. R&D - tech debt and architecture of the platform is flat out embarrassing G&A - incompetent Finance & People team (finance hardly understands basic business models and HR is made up of leaders who gossip and act as the CEO's minions rather than partners to the business) GTM - CEO replaces CRO role about every two years and has up leveled mediocre "leaders" to own new and existing business... they don't understand their roles, are visibly overwhelmed and under performing while spending little to no time being managers.
