I have been working at Aetna full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Work at home, good work environment at the office. Excellent pay. Great training and competent supervisory staff. Excellent computer software to work with.

    Cons

Some long hours to work. There are no retirement options. Work expectations can be high. Sometimes the computer software does not work.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Aetna for more than 10 years

    Pros

Opportunity to working with some of the brightest, most creative, innovative people in the business.

    Cons

Tendency for teams to work in tribes/silos. Individuals work well together...teams not so much.

    Advice to Management

Managers (for most part) operate as cliques. Search through operational, tactical team members and give them chances to excel in a project leadership position.
