Pros
I really enjoyed who I worked with and even though I had several supervisors over the years. I had a really great one for the longest time. The benefits are really good and they try to help encourage staff with rewards. The working environment was pleasant.
Cons
Could be very overwhelming and too much work to do. Had to put in extra time to get the job done but was paid well so I didn't mind doing it sometimes.
