      Pros

      Good work life balance depending on department. Opportunities to work on interesting assignments from time to time.

      Cons

      Pay is far below market, and difficult to close gap without obtaining numerous promotions. Politics are a very real thing here. Doing your job very well is about 40% of the battle to move up.

      Pros

      used to pay well remote used to offer quality devlopment even after training

      Cons

      no longer pays well halted devlopment and cut overtime recent changes show no regard for working with humans once had bonuses still paid even for time off. Now if you take a week off your whole month is tanked. Changed the incetive structure to pay you less when its their computers/software thats not working.
