Pros

Strong brand portfolio Strong Sales Tools and Resources/training Opportunities for growth

Cons

Work life balance has declined with increased # of clients and brand lines to manage and sell to clients. Opportunity for growth is based on connections not necessarily skill or talent. Too many communication chains to manage on different platforms.

Pros

Salary is very generous for it to be a “sales” position. You get a company car that you can use any time for any purpose. Completely eliminates the need for a personal car payment. You’re left alone to do your job as long as you’re doing your job correctly. Support and recognition from leadership has been top of the line. This isn’t your typical sales position where you must meet objectives or else you’re ran out of the company. The brand sells itself and if you can’t sell the product Altria carries, this probably isn’t the job for you anyway.

Cons

The only con so to speak would be the workload that we have but if you’ve ever worked for a large corporation, you know objectives change almost daily. Yes, it can feel overwhelming at times but coming from a cut throat sales environment, I’ll take this “pressure” all day every day.

Pros

Good pay and great beenfits.

Cons

No time off even if it’s not paid. Work 60 hours a week on average not counting when they add in weekends. No work/life balance.
