Pros
Lots of leaves. Good for people who don't want or have any skill set.
Cons
1)Working for amazon and working for Trms amazon are two completely different things. The management is more interested in bringing in new rules to micro manage. They are not interested in quality of work and have no clear guidelines for any work. Its as per management convenience. 2) Other big thing is racial discrimination. Although unsaid its pretty obvious management favors a particular state a lot and almost all the higher management (L5s and L6s) belong to this group. 3)You don't learn anything. A 10th pass person can do this job. 4)You will have to work under uneducated people whose sheer dumbness will baffle you and you will be understand how common sense is not common. 5)You will have to be told to work outside your comfort zone but the work is so minimal that the comfort zone feels ashamed and says " i am really small but this takes only 1/10th of me". 6)You will feel your IQ dropping everyday. Literally. 7) Someone has already mentioned the drug problems. And it is a lot. 8) The amount of collective stupidity Trms has to offer is very amusing. But most amusing is engineers and well educated people working under 12th pass people. 9)Money...its such a pain to talk about this. There is simply no budget for anything. Diwali, Christmas, Dussehra, Holi, Peak, Prime Day, New year. You name it there is no budget. Sorry, my bad, sometime they do spend like 20 rs per person during prime day. You get a 5 rs ka chips and 10rs ka frooti.
