Pros
The business is constantly growing so opportunities across multiple industries and in a wide variety of locations are prevalent. Lateral movement within the company is easy. Pay and benefits are good but only at the higher levels. There's definitely a place for you here if you are business minded, competitive, and driven by the pursuit of constant improvement.
Cons
Fulfillment can be a soulless productivity machine. At times the company's values and professed culture are only a thin veil covering the high stress metric obsessed world of managing fulfillment and it certainly negatively impacts employees. Experienced high turnover in management and full time support staff leaving little to no consistency for employees, and slow improvement with constant backsliding in the efficient running of the building's operation. Employees at all levels are constantly coming and going making it very difficult to work on team dynamics as everyone is looking out for themselves and their next move up and out.
