You are expected to work 15-18 hour days. Management are hired and fired based on how well you and your boss get along. Because of the ranking structure, managers throw plot against other managers and throw them under the bus. Jeff Bezos must know what is going on because he is the one that initiated the 70-20-10 ranking system that all facilities MUST follow. Upper management micromanages. Feedback is taken as fact. Sr Managers promoting their best friends even though other managers are achieving better results. Majority of facility is Ex military so if you were not in some form of the military you will be segregated.
