      Legacy of great engineers and tools.

      Cons

      Once great company let down by the Maxim merger. Maxim brought in cumbersome management and excessive procedures that leads to poor engineering and limits innovation.

      Pros

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
