Pros

People with absolutely no experience can make a very high base salary and easily obtain an inflated job title. You will get experience, but it is trial by fire.

Cons

Workload is insane. Management is insane. Hours are insane. Employee turnover is insane. Cramming hundreds of people into a temporary office is insane. There is little to no training, you guessed it, insane. Bonus has not paid out for the past 5 years. Stock option plan is crazy- options don't vest for 5 years from when you get them, think about that. Average employee lifespan is approx 2 years. No one is going to get those options. 401K plan matching vests after 3 years. Anything and everything here is designed to screw everyone who is not a stock owner. The people at the top have so much to gain by lying and getting you to join this place. And then you're screwed because you have a 2 year commitment on your relocation and signing bonus. Beware!!

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for recognizing our benefits and culture. We’re proud to foster an environment where colleagues can build meaningful careers and enjoy working together. We also appreciate your comments regarding work-life balance and weekend work. While certain roles may require schedules that extend beyond traditional business hours, we recognize the importance of balance and are continually looking for ways to support our employees while meeting the needs of our business. Thank you for being part of the Anheuser-Busch team.

Pros

Free beer and decent salary

Cons

They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
