Pros
Work from home, culture is not too fast-paced/stressful, flexible hours. Overall good working environment. Keeps up to date with new technology, always room for learning on the job.
Cons
Low/slow raises (not dissimilar to most tech companies though), probably better to jump companies after a few years to keep salary competitive.
