    Pros

    AppNeta is the epitome of a work hard/play hard culture. The expectations are high, however so is the reward. The management team is very transparent and have an open door policy that allows you to ask them tough questions knowing you'll get an answer. The culture is great and is driven by those on the floor. If you want somewhere to work that's fun and motivating, AppNeta is your place!

    Cons

    If you want something, you have to ask for it or simply make it happen. Not necessarily a con, but don't expect that you will be handed a promotion without doing the work and asking for it

    Advice to Management

    Continue to recognize those that have been loyal to the company and proven their value. Hold those accountable when they're not operating at the highest level of efficiency.

    Great opportunity for any sales rep that is confident in their ability to break into new accounts. They are fair and pay very well for those unique individuals who earn their success.     Change is in the only guarantee at a startup, and that isn't for everyone. It's a fast paced environment, but one that provides you every opportunity that you make of it.

    Pros

    AppNeta is in a great position to dominate the performance monitoring space! I used to work at Oracle, Akamai and other high tech companies. Hands down, AppNeta is the place to be! I was so impressed with their solid technology and new customer logos. They have made a huge investment in sales enablement and sales tools!

    Cons

    None that I can think of.

    Advice to Management

    Keep focus on a competitive solution, great culture and A player sales teams! I am excited for the future at AppNeta!

    I worked at AppNeta full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    for the most part good coworkers good product set

    Cons

    intense micro management especially in customer care and sales high employee churn with half of the company gone from just 9 plus months ago. everyone is very insecure lack of transparency and honesty from upper management all of these variables being driven by the company being for sale sales struggles with only 2 solutions engineers

    truth and honesty while trying to sell the company and treat those left in a professional manner during that process

      Great place to work love the people and upper management, the space is hot right now everyone is looking for simple easily scalable product to monitor their Saas applications and Network end to end

      Cons

      The product still needs some work, but no real complaints

      401K match would be nice

        Pros

        Beer, ping-pong, open office space, music, and most people are friendly.

        Cons

        Unstable, poor management, HIGH turnover. You never know, you could be next... Management will act like they care about you but they really don't AKA fake! One day their hiring, the next they're firing. Be ready to walk on eggshells.

        Advice to Management

        Take a management class or 5! Figure out what you're doing so employees don't suffer ups and downs. Maybe turnover would be lower but I guess you don't care.

        Pros

        Great company culture, employees are great to work with, nice approachable management and plenty of freebees, generous days off and benefits. Management frequently allows for early days before long weekends and days off after a great quarter. There is a lot of openness on the state of the company.

        Cons

        I'm guessing this is common in start ups but there is a high turnover rate. I think employees in other positions besides sales should have opportunities to earn bonuses.

        Advice to Management

        I would work to find out why so many people are leaving. I think opening sales up to being able to work remotely would greatly increase the interest and hiring of sales people. Rewarding employees for great work or projects with bonuses is also a great motivator.
