      - great technology - high quality standards - clever colleagues to work with - great freedom in managing my own time, time for learning, time for improving our code - good benefits

      Cons

      - information flow not perfect: sometimes too much information, sometimes I don't get the point - I HAVE TO manage myself, nobody does that for me
