Good people to work with. Good Benefits,

Cons

Hard to make a living selling health insurance for individuals. Phone calls from people whom are sick, unemployed, and can't buy the products are endless. A lot of cancellations for which bonus money is taken away every month. Hard to make a good bonus each month. Base pay is low and should be increased. Healthcare bill is completely changing the way the business is run. May not be around much longer.

Pros

Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

Cons

There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
