This company has serious issues with leadership and workplace culture. Management shows little genuine care for employees, especially within the Personal Lines department. Team members are often treated unfairly, and supervisor openly speaks negatively about her team and others whom she does not like. There’s a strong sense of favoritism, and opportunities or flexibility are not applied consistently. The focus is entirely on daily 22 task completion rather than employee development or well being.
There’s also no onsite HR presence, making it difficult to raise or resolve concerns. The environment feels highly micromanaged and rigid, leaving employees with minimal time for self-development.
If you value respect, fairness, and growth, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. You are only a number at this company. No work life balance and unequal treatment.
