      Good Salary and opportunity to interact with very knowledgeable and talented individuals.

      Cons

      Poor morale and lack of commitment to diversity, decisions are made from corporate Leadership, based on perceptions, without truly understanding their personnel. Site Leaders are fearful for their jobs, therefore they are powerless to implement the necessary changes.

      Fast Paced environment highly engaging, experienced team and management.

      Cons

      High stress at times, at the whims of corporate, and the need to increase shareholder value. rotating swing shifts are terrible and mandatory overtime with INTENTIONAL understaffing demanded by corporate creates moral issues
