Pros
When Axalta started it was an exciting change. Unfortunately management has changed and now everyone is looking forward to it being sold because upper management is so poor. There are still some very good people there.
Cons
Uncertainty about the future and key people leaving. HR does not know what they are doing, does not help the business, but inserts themselves in everything.
