Cons
Sales organization sells EVERYTHING for all BU lines of business - almost impossible to enablement against Work is so deep and ambiguous as far as responsibility and ownership that overlap happens regularly and people are reticent to innovate - also, a regular RIF occurs in April every year like clockwork and tends to intimidate and influence employee behavior into political cover vs. productivity
