BMC Software Inc. has a professional work environment. Competitive pay and a great working environment. You have an array of activities to be involved in. There are quite a few mergers that may go on through the year and every year there are lay offs. The layoffs tend to lean toward the sales team and the administrative team. IT jobs are being sent to India (of course) but there are still IT Jobs that are located in Houston. On the job site there is a cleaners, hair salon, delis, basketball court, tennis field, soccer/football field. You will absolutely love it
