      My experience here has been incredible from the very beginning. The onboarding process was amazing, and everyone is so friendly. BMC is truly one of the greatest places to work—fantastic and phenomenal!

      Can't be positive right now.

      Cons

      Too many changes. Trying to do current job with little resources. Organization suffering from too many cuts. Too much upper management - not enough support staff .
