Pros
Bandwidth has an incredible company culture and the people here are amazing. The new campus has everything you can imagine a technology company to offer. Cafeteria, fitness facility, daycare center, soccer field, gymnasiums, pickle ball courts, etc. The working environment is amazing as there is lots of natural light and open spaces.
Cons
It's been suggested that salaries at Bandwidth are average to below average than close competitors.
