Pros
Very simple job, picking items and completing online orders are very easy to learn and complete. Team environment of other co-workers was very engaging and a great atmosphere.
Cons
Expect a lot from part-time near minimum wage workers, who also don't get many hours as they are trying to limit "labor hours." This also leads to heavy understaffing.
