Great job working in the field. Downtime while driving. Great if you love helping people. Competitive pay in the field to similar roles in other companies. I'll forever be grateful I was employed here and given this opportunity.
Cons
CEO Corie Barry is changing and ruining everything. No more bonuses based on performance. Last annual raise was a low flat rate while it is normally based on performance. (Taking away all incentive) Micromanaging is getting out of control. SELL MORE TECH SUPPORT! No more overtime allowed, but upping efficiency (more jobs in less time). Customers are more often just treating us like part of a corporation and not as people. It makes me sick to see how they're treating store employees. Somehow we made bank during COVID, but are laying people off and rehiring these same people back as seasonal.
