After three months at Booking.com as an Account Manager, my experience has been very positive so far. The onboarding process is structured, and expectations are clearly set for new hires. For someone looking to build or accelerate a commercial career, it’s an exciting place to be.

As a new hire, it’s clear that this is a fast-paced and demanding environment.
