      Pros

      Great team culture, great training, free breakfast and benefits, good communication throughout the training and hiring process.

      Cons

      In comparison to some sites, the pay can be seen as low but the benefits offered make up for this and employees are offered salary sacrifices that exempt tax (i.e Ticket Restaurant)

      Pros

      People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

      Cons

      Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
