      Pros

      There is a nice and respectful culture with a diverse group of people. From my experience with managers the constantly care about their teams and support personal development. Ive met a lot of people who later become professional mentors and the space for learning is as big as you want to have it.

      Cons

      It may not have the highest salaries in the industry but the total compensation package plus the learning opportunities pays off.
