      Pros

      Healthy and fair working environment. The colleagues are very nice and there's zero office politics.

      Cons

      if you work as CSE then it's not easy to get promoted in your department section and you will be stuck at being a CSE for a long time.

      Pros

      People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

      Cons

      Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
