Treated like a number, no communication from management, very immature team leaders. Hire and fire atmosphere. Let go one day before end of probation with no warnings. Definite red flag in company culture.

People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
