      Pros

      Empresa internacional. Con diferente s áreas que registra esta empresa. Sobre todo a nivel tecnología confidencialidad. Esta consolidada con años de experiencia.

      Cons

      No cuenta con margenes en procesos a nivel internos. Muy poca jerarquía. No hay informacion ni una buena capacitacion a los empleados para llevar a cabo el trabajo. No se cuentan con RH, tampoco con las bases para la comunicación interna.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
