      Pros

      It's a place where there is a massive potential to do really challenging work - both technically challenging and challenging from a business and delivery perspective. It's a place where the seemingly impossible gets done by remarkable people who are dedicated to achieving.

      Cons

      It's not the most organised place to work which means that local politics can be a huge problem. Lots of things that ought to be simple are really difficult to get done. CSC does the really simple things very poorly, we excel at doing the difficult things. It's normally heroic individuals who succeed dispite the organisations structure, rather than because of it.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
