      Pros

      Working for CSC has been a privilege. The company has unlimited learning resources and management provides incredible support in careere advancement. Hard work is certainly appreciated and recognized. CSC has learning resources (although some tuition reimbursements for non degreee courses should be reimbursed) There are various opportunities available to staff to move to different areas of technoology. There are rewards and recognition programs.

      Cons

      Straight forward people, will tell you the way it is. Its recommended that the company create more avenues for contiued learning. Employees who work extrememly long hours should be rewarded with yearly bonus or some form of extra compensation.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
