      Multi National Corporate Culture Ample Opportunity to go Onsite for considerable period. Brand Reputation Gradual enhancement on domain level expertise apart from technical expertise which would help further in career transitions. A certain degree of job location flexibility as per your choice. Nice infrastructure and other amenities.

      Cons

      Not a very lucrative salary Growth inside the organization is very sluggish. Organizational Politics Managers tend to micromanage HR persons enjoy discretionary privileges and are fond of flaunting them. Lack of innovation Many of its projects are obsolete and are maintenance oriented with less challenges and learning opportunities.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
