      Pros

      Culture is nice, ease of work at will, above average pay package and flexible timings are available for employees..On site opportunities are available and the pay packet is really good there. Also the infrastructure is commendable and the transport facilities are also available anytime. The recreational facilities like gym, pool, TT, foosh ball and many other games are there in the campus.

      Cons

      Growth is limited, management is not very supportive as should be there. Onsite opportunites are there but there is a lot of politics involved.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
