      Pros

      Very friendly people. Every year, your salary will be revised according to industry statndards. Management people will listen to your queries. Every year decent hike you will get. Work life balance will be there.

      Cons

      Less onsite oppurtunity since they will process only L1 which was getting rejected for 95% of people. Very less H1B processed. Have to stay for 4 to 5 years to become eligible for H1B. Career growth will be very slow.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
