      Pros

      Provided me with an opportunity to establish myself in the IT business and I am thankful for that.

      Cons

      Left me hanging in the wind without any direction or a plan. Felt like I was ghost even when I pushed my manager to get me work or get trained. Sat around for two weeks at a desk with no one helping me or training me on anything. and without equipment to do my job during the two weeks. Pretty sad. Also, had me log hours to work that was not being performed. Not very trustworthy

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
