      Pros

      You get to meet some of the best people in this company. Good place to start up your career. Nice start up salary. Great benefits.

      Cons

      After 5 years in the same position, you are still getting the same salary. Keeps on cutting employees right and left, and you are left with their work to do! It is easy for them to let go of people who spend a decade .. yes a decade, serving this company, as long as they get to save a buck outsourcing your job. No Raises, No advancement, No future.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
