      1. as a fresher training was given on java and put me into IBM web sphere job. 2. salary will be paid on time. 3. not forced or tracked all the time by managers 4. work culture is good

      Cons

      1. pay is less ( 3.2 L for fresher, 23 k on hand per month ) 2. hike is very lees ( for freshers 5% - 10% ) 3. for freshers they randomly put to some projects 4. more support projects are there in Bangalore. not much development 5. work bond for 2 years for freshers

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
