      Pros

      none - ok 401k, ok benefits but not great,employees pay too much of the premiums

      Cons

      no real time off, they expect you to be available for calls, emergencies when you take required time off. Salary reviews JOKE. No real advancement. State that they are making money and that is because they do not pay well. Well below local averages. Required to review emails while on vacation, sick, family funerals. No abillitity to advance oneself with learning.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
