As an employee who has worked with CSC in three continents and for 11 years as a top rated and rewarded employee, there is nothing positive hAppening from an employee perspective in the last 4 years.
Cons
No hikes, below average pay, ridiculous HR policies. They even ask you to go on forced leave each year to save paid time off balances on their financial books. Vertical growth is next to impossible.
