      Pros

      Decent pay, good benefits and retirement.

      Cons

      CSX hates its employees, especially Conductors and Engineers. They try to work you to death, while at the same time laying people off. Very unethical and do honor the labor agreement.

      - everything is changing quickly with upper leadership and budget cuts leaving departments strained

      Pros

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.

      Cons

      None really--large publicly held company. Working on a contract basis, so can't speak to benefits.
