Pros
Good infrastructure and great culture. You can get plenty of resources to enhance your skills. Processes are laid down clearly and followed as well. Every individual is treated with respect and there is equality. Recognition of work is done appropriately.
Cons
In some areas, the "aggression" is missing, which can lead to complacency. Budgets are extremely tight generally, and this can be stifling in many respects. Salaries used to be ahead of the industry at one time, but that is no longer true.
